We stopped into get lunch and my food was not fresh( chicken strip dinner), could tell it had set there a while. My husband is... vegetarian they put bacon in his burrito(we picked it out). Waited at the window for nearly 10 minutes. Called out and honked to no response. Had to knock on the drive-thru window to get... their attention and still had to wait just to pay. Could see workers inside on phones and screwing around with people'sdrinks(throwing them between each other, turning them upside down). Person at the window had no idea what the order was or whatthey were doing, drinks leaked, order was wrong. Didn't bother going back to fix it. Not worth the hassle. Read more
I just ordered meals for my family and added large onion rings like 30 min ago today. And I found burnt black onion rings at... home. I really want to take this back and have Sonic workers eat these. Stop doing bad thing to customers Sonic !!!! Read more

I love sonic and all their choices. Whatever snack you're in the mood for, sonic can satisfy! They did forget 3 of my all... American dogs and I had to go back to get them. Fresh ones were made for me with no issue, since I showed then my receipt, theywere happy to assist. Read more
I like & usually order the BLTs, but today I decided to try the honey bbq chicken pieces. When I picked it up, I asked if there... was a fork in the bag, as I'm thinking messy. They said yes. I get to another location a couple min away (I had appt) and findno fork. The chicken looked like they threw some sauce on it (wasn't evenly covered) & I had to eat with my fingers. I wasn'timpressed. If I had time, I could have bought chicken & sauce from Walmart down the street & gotten more for my money & itprobably would have tasted better! Read more
