Food was fine, I asked for no olives and there was still olives. Woman at the register seem to be a trainee. She was missing my... chips as well as my drink I had to ask her for both. She gave me my chips and still forgot my drink. I had to ask her again tograb my drink. It?s not really that she was a trainee that was upsetting, more of the fact is that she was very rude. Not to busy. I asked for no cheese sauce and mayo instead but I got extra extra mayo with a little roast beef. I wanted to to... take it back for my money but was on lunch and didn't have the time. I won't go back. Read more

They closed early even though the open sign was still on. Very sus. Schlotzsky?s is usually really good so I was disappointed in... this experience, I hope they had a good reason to close at 8:00pm on a Saturday. Also the indoor seating is closed and eventhough the inside was closed the employees weren?t wearing masks and i doubt they?d put them onfor the drive through. Read more
I've tried to give this location numerous chances to earn my business and today is the final straw. Wrong food, wrong order and... frankly just rude employees. I ordered a Turkey bacon club and I got some weird chunks of meat instead of shaved turkey. I wasgiven my drinks, then again she tried to give me drinks. Hotnfresh food, cold drinks and sweet desserts. Restaurant looked update andlively. Schlotzsky's began to plan for growth along with a systemwide reimage,which included updated restaurants, improvedmenus, table service, and the addition of Cinnabon. The company is currently remodeling its locations across the country with a"Lotz Better" look, which includes bright, bold colors, circle-themed furniture and decor and playful slogans. Got the BBQ chicken and jalapeno pizza. All food was cooked to order and delivered to table quickly. Great experience.
The very worst service ever! I ordered 2 sandwiches on line. It took 49 minutes to finally get them. Two young men working there... were at the point of tears trying their best to do something they had no idea how to do. 3 times they told me my food would beright out. There were only 2 other customers. I got district mgrs name and left voice mail. No response. Could barely understandhis English with accent. Boys said they had been working 12 hours and mgr would not let them close. Read more
