Last two times I've been here the staff have been less than diligent in making my order. I ordered one thing but was given... another all together. Had to go back in because they forgot my chips too. My friend noticed that the pickle slices were likethey were poured out of the jar and into our bag. This made the bread wet and soggy. I think the staff needs to seriouslyre-evaluate their standards for customer service and attention to detail. Read more
Best sandwiches, eat here all the time. Just as most places staff can make all the difference in the world.
The drive thru lady was very polite and I enjoyed my broccoli and cheese soup.
Sandwich was ok but have had better at other locations. Intended to dine in but dining room doors were still locked at 11,... waited but finally decided to use drive thru. By the time I got my order they had unlocked the doors. Read more

I ordered a medium avocado/turkey... there was NO avocado on my sandwich. Very disappointed... Schlotzsky's has always been one... of my favorite places. I'll have to check my sandwich before I leave. Read more
I have always loved Schlotzsky's. Haven't visited much here, in this area, with the nearest one being in an inconvenient... location. We decided to make a mobile order. I noticed (in the app) that you can order extra meat, so I went for that. But I wastotally disappointed in the result. It was as though a container of meat was dumped in and then wrapped up. Way, way too muchmeat and zero flavor. Definitely NOT the flavourful sandwich I'm used to. But my son and wife's sandwiches were (I am told)great. So, lesson learned. If I feel especially hungry, order two regular sandwiches (just for me) rather than one sandwich withextra meat! Read more
I will definitely be back! The store was super clean, which is a huge plus. We took a bit of time deciding what we wanted to eat... and the employees were just the best about that. They all were very kind. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Read more
