I have been a customer of this store for awhile now. I use to go here and get my lunch on a daily. One day, I decided to take my... daughter here to grab some lunch. At the time of our visit, there was only 1 other customer inside. I did noticed an employee ofupper management on the floor feeding her toddler daughter. As my daughter and I continued to order and pay for our food. Wewent to the servicing area for our drinks. We then sat down at a table on the other side of the half wall from the uppermanagement lady and her toddler daughter. As we ate the mother/manager team (shirt was different from the crew) got up to helpthe crew with the rush. Her daughter started fussing. With me being on the other side of the wall. I was able to play peek-a-boowith her. I suppose mom/manger did not like me doing that. I say that because she left the line and rush to come grab herdaughter out of the highchair and placed her on the ground. The little girl was excited walking around smiling and baby talking.It was cute!! But, the little girl wanted her mother. The little girl did travel behind the counter and got to her mom who wason the food line helping serve customers during the rush. The mom/manager placed her daughter in front of the cash register forthe 3rd time. Before the 4th time could happen. I did take it upon myself to help mom and try to entertain her daughter againwith peek-a-boo. The little girl did attempt to try to walk back behind the counter again. Maybe I shouldn't have but I did. Ipicked the little girl up who was walking behind the counter and went to place her in her highchair. The mom/manager again cameoff the food line and snatched her daughter out of the chair. Mom/manager did say thank you with an expression of rudeness. Idid not pay any attention to that. I would have been upset as well. If you like flies on your food as you?re ordering it, then come on in! Here?s a fun fact, flies can spread diseases such as food... poisoning and dysentry. Flies regurgitate and excrete wherever they come to rest and thereby mechanically transmit diseaseorganisms. FYI, is Edmond health department even aware of this location?s infestion? And to the manager, area director orcorporate who should be responsible for this, don?t even bother replying back with a hollow sorry-sorry-sorry to save company?sface! Read more
This is too doordash drivers. It against doordash policy too fill the customer's drinks. That is the employees job at this... restaurant and any others you go to. I have been notified by doordash to leave the empty cups behind bring the food to thecustomer. An let the customer know to call doordash. An let them know that they refuses to fill our drink. We're not safe servcertified. Which means it is a health code infraction. Please fill the cup employees. Read more
My wife and I came in and they were incredibly busy with to go orders. A good 15 printed out just while we were there and they... were already working on a stack. They took our order quickly and nicely. We never felt rushed through. They were very helpful.The kitchen was also suuuuper clean. As someone who works in the industry it made me very happy to see that. Definitelyrecommend coming here. Cleanliness and customer service are top notch. Read more

This location is great and Qdoba is awesome! My meal yesterday was SOOOOO good even though I?ve been on a Qdoba kick for MONTHS... now. What really impressed me (other than my food yesterday just being so amazing and tasty - crispy quesadilla, fresh chips andqueso) is how they handled the ONE time they messed something up for me. They goofed it up twice in a row and I didn?t noticeuntil I got home, but the manager told me they would cover my meal next time, and they did. And neither person seemed irritatedwith me which is great. I know that we are all human and things happen. They handled it the right way! And that?s a REALLY goodsuccess ratio for food these days, since I eat their often. I?m impressed with how consistently FRESH the food is.
