Tried to order an family meal that was still displaying on their digital display but they said they couldnt because they... discontinued that meal a few days ago. The meal was an 11 piece family meal for less than 30 bucks. The meal they wanted me topurchase was a 12 piece family meal for ~40. Same number of large sides and biscuits. Not a complicated order. Had me pull forward, served everyone else BEHIND me. I had to go inside, waited EVEN longer, for my... food that was already cooked and under there warmers. The workers were amazing and did their best under the poor work conditions. Unfortunately it was hotter inside the building than... it was outside. The poor workers were dripping sweat and after traveling all day I wanted to sit down with my family in the ACand enjoy a meal. Needless to say, it was to hot and we enjoyed a meal elsewhere. Cook was laying on table looking at phone when we came in . 20 minutes later we received our orders. 1 was wrong and all fries... were cold. The food is pre cooked Not sure why it was cold and took so long. Manager was counting money on prep table in backwhen wife asked for the correct order.
