If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza for a friend in the hospital, received an order confirmation email with... expected delivery time as well as a text confirmation. When the pizza didn't arrive and we contacted the store they said theywere unable to find our order even with giving them the order number. The charge was already pending in my bank account. Theyfinally transferred us to a supervisor who was extremely rude and refused to help us in any way other than to tell me to justdispute the charge because our order never existed. I have screen shots of the email, the text, the tracker, and my bank chargepricing otherwise. I was ultimately hung up on. 2 hours later received a text saying it was out for delivery (on the order thatnever existed) but it still never arrived. Read more
I love the staff there!!!! Always very kind! Their pizza speaks for itself, I am always satisfied! But that staff??.AWESOME!!!!!
This location, across from Crest Foods in Edmond, is the only Pizza Hut I really like. They have always made the best pizza's. ... This is my favorite Pizza Hut in the metro area! Read more
There are just days that one has to order a pizza and watch a movie. I love ordering from Pizza Hut because their service is... fast, prompt and always correct. Ordered a pizza fairly late at night granted, but we didnt realize that when we put ring the doorbell when it gets here, they... just wouldnt. Because we have dogs that would potentially run out, we ask to ring doorbell and explain its because of our dogson the order details. We never got any notification whatsoever of our pizza arriving at our doorstep. We go out at the time ofour expected delivery and its absolutely covered in bugs. We were never notified at all it was there. And of course this waslate so they didnt answer our phone calls on this either. All we needed was a simple notification it was there but they canteven knock or anything. We were waiting on it right in the front room too. We have reached this place to takeout pizza after our shopping at OKC on 20Aug2020. The shop is very small and they are giving... pizza by taking out from shop upon your arrival. There is no drive through. Pizza taste is Ok. They need to do little better wayto make it good taste. I hope they may do it. Delivery is fast and people work here are very attentive. Delicious pizza but small portion size for the personal pan. I had the buffalo chicken. Their app has some good deals though.
The curbside service at this location is hit and miss. You may get your food right away or you may get it 15 minutes after it... has come out of the oven. No idea why it's that inconsistent. Read more
