I would give them a five star, but whenever I walk in the door, staff are walking around on their phone and they don?t even... notice me standing there until I say something to them. The food is always great! Pizza is made to perfection. Communication isnot good, called to change my order pick up time and the morning manager didn?t communicate this with the night manager and myfood was not prepared on time. BEST RIP-OFF DEAL IN TOWN!! We went in yesterday. Was told by Steven that we could get the 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each.... Deal. We ended up having to pay $16.65 for first pizza and $13.67 for the second. We wanted to support our neighborhood Pizzahut but it was a 'rip-off' experience. We want our money back. This location of Pizza Hut is my go-to, not just because they're relatively close to home, but they've also been very... consistently good. The staff is friendly, keep the shop clean, and just generally do a great job overall. They do have onetable inside, but I'd be pretty surprised if someone decided to dine-in, so for all intents and purposes, this is aTo-Go/Delivery Orders Only location. Read more
The entire experience was terrific! Ordering food online is not always easy, but this was a snap. The pizza came within 20... minutes & was perfectly prepared. It was delivered to our front porch and the driver cheerfully waited to smile & wave before hepulled away. EXCELLENT! Read more
I ordered two personal pan pizzas from here earlier. My husband picked it up and ate his before I came home. He threw it back... up. When I got home and looked at mine, it was super thick and doughy. I worked for Pizza Hut for about a year and have neverseen a personal pan that thick. It looks like it wasn?t put through the oven appropriately. Really frustrating and a waste ofmoney. Read more
Went to pick up pizza, was told it wasn't ready, sat around for another 10 minutes when they asked my name again, turned out the... pizza sitting in the heater was mine the whole time. Got the pizza and it was really roughly made. I understand why thislocation is rated so poorly Read more
Well, they used to be good, but just as it is with every other restaurant out there, their quality has seriously declined. We... ordered a pizza with extra sauce, and somehow the restaurant interpreted that to mean light cheese. I can literally see sauce onover half the pizza. Also, we ordered the pizza well done, so naturally the restaurant UNDERcooked our breadsticks. I called totell them this, and the person on the other line said, in her most cave man response ever - 'Derrrp, well I guess I can checkthe temperature.' WOW. Read more
