I reserved and paid for parking on the Pilot/Flying J app. When I arrived at this location all of the spaces were full. The... clerk said that they are not allowed to clear a space after dark. She refunded my money and I had to leave and park on the sideof the highway. Why offer reserved parking if you aren't going to have a space available? Read more
The flying J is not bad. Has everything you need, but the Huddle House was Terrible. Our pickup was experiencing problems so the... rest of our convoy went to eat there while we drove the 10 minutes away spent the 20 minutes at the transmission shop and theten minute drive back. We arrived before the food they ordered! When we did arrive it was small empty only had us in there. Iwas told that an elderly couple came in and were turned away because they would have to wait too long. The one cook was tryingher best to buss and wait tables while the manager did absolutely nothing and tried to argue and fight Lee about havingsilverware instead of plasticwear because they are out of knapkins. Her protests were so unprofessional he nearly got up andtold her to quit because she sucks I ordered Grits and asked for Brown sugar was told we don't have any... we're always out of alot of things... I am truly disappointed that flying J would maintain relations with such a poorly managed restaurant as thereviews and employees seem to have been bad for years. A great place to get coffee. They have all different blends and all the accessories to make it just like you want. Lots of... snacks and drinks are available, as well as hot food. The restrooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly andhelpful. The parking lot and gas pumps are clean and smooth. ????? Read more
Nastiest flying j I've been too. Sometimes as truck drivers we don't have an option where to stop at because of hours. Be... careful when stopping here restroom and showers are filthy. Read more
There is one single bathroom, for men and women. The larger restrooms were both closed, with no effort to get them repaired and... opened the 4 days we were here. They are way too busy to not have appropriate restrooms. Staff is dreary and unwelcoming.Food/drinks is overpriced and low quality. Needs better management and a renovation/deep clean. We got tired of waiting for therestrooms and the unpleasant atmosphere so we found another truck stop. Read more
Store was clean and well stocked up on many items. The staff is very friendly and professional, got more cream stocked up when I... needed it for my Bean to cup coffee. ???? There's hot soup or the usual PFJ food available along with a Huddle houseavailable. ???? The truck drivers restroom was clean but only had one working sink.???? The ???? showers were clean but showedthier age but still had lots of hot water with good water pressure. ????? Sadly flying J needs to look into new management. There?s nothing good about this truckstop. It has been like this for a very... long time and always has issues at the fuel pumps with them either being shut down or broken and no one seems to care or doanything about making a change. I fuel here a lot because my company likes their fuel discount, I?d rather go someplace else butevery time it?s the same old story, broken pumps, lanes shut down, leaking fuel hoses. It is way overdue but something needs tochange at this flying J. Read more
It is used to reserve parking ahead of time the parking spot was easy enough to back into what didn't you but everything else is... a nightmare you can't even get out because Because they don't do anything about drivers triple and quadruple parking. I had towork my way out To the street and then come back through the entrance to get fuel in the morning. Then the mobile app doesn'twork here it didn't work for many of the drivers and all the pumps have The card reader's taped off so you have to goinside. Morning! The experience I had filling up was the pumps handles are extremely difficult to operas if they're frozen andthe temperature isn't too bad out today and they will not turn off on their own so God knows how many gallons of DEF pumped allover the ground. They are excused for everything is they've had scaemers using card readers and other things. But Homesteadoperate correctly shouldn't have these types of issues.
