In my 42 years of existence I have been to a lot Mcdonalds, and I understand we had a pandemic, but I have never been to a... Mcdonalds that felt so unwelcoming and cold. The dining room layout, the delivery of your order, the interaction with employees,and even the difficulty getting a napkin was nothing short of punishing. Avoid this place if at all possible. I have never complained about a restaurant or service, however, this McDonald?s is truly remarkable. We go there because it?s... down the street and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They forget part of our order, we have had uncooked chicken sandwiches, and sat in aspace we were told to go to so they could bring out our order for 30 minutes. Waited in the drive thru line without moving for 30 minutes. Only to finally pull away and go next door to Braums. Had food in... less than 5 minutes. Really wanted that McChicken but they need to figure it out. What is the problem Mickey D's? You are off amajor highway in Edmond, service is slow ???? and horrible. Your food is not good enough to wait that long for it just tousually get the order wrong when you do wait. This location is in desperate need of new management or training or something.It's called fast food and I don't understand why it would have taken 30 minutes to put together a hamburger. Read more
We were happy we got a room but the first room. Smelled like a dog lived there for 2 weeks. The manager was on it right away, he... immediately gave us another room which was 100% better! I love Motel 6! Read more

I have never left a review on a restaurant in my life. The first time this occurred I avoided posting a review and emailed the... company internally. I have never seen a fast food restaurant run and operated the way this SPECIFIC McDonald?s is. I waited atthe drive through for 10 minutes and literally drove around to the all the drive thru windows and peered inside and knocked onthe windows! NOTHING! It?s hard to even believe they have staff inside when the building is empty and no one staff is visible inthe building. The first time this happened I tried to be understanding but this seems to be a habit.
