Ordered 6 sandwiches for delivery. Paid delivery charge and tipped the driver. My order was missing sandwich and potato salad. ... Called and they said could not deliver again since they had no more drivers for the day . Paid one of my drivers to pick it upand it was supposed to be no tomatos and add jalepeno and spinach but it is not. I am not wasting another 30 minutes of mydrivers time. Read more

While traveling back to Texas from Wichita, we were tired of standard fast food. Enter McAllister's. I got a reuben sandwich... and hubs got a club. Both were great and accompanied by a delicious Caesar salad. The only complaint I've got is that I wishthey offered the option of a half sandwich. I can't eat a full sandwich and with being on the road with no cooler, half the foodwas wasted. I ate the meat and sauerkraut so I didn't feel like I wasting good food. Anyway, this is a great location, greatservice, and terrific food. Was too tired to get pics, but they looked delicious! Read more

Seems like alot has changed in 10yrs. I use to really love this place but the upkeep appears to be slacking. It wasn't as clean... as I remember it being. They have a huge shelf in the main lobby with a sign that reads due to theft they have to keep Togoorders behind the counter. It's an eyesore. The (last) potato they served my gluten free daughter was dry Af. She wasn't happywith me for taking her there but I use to love their tea, so I figured they had options for her to try and they did, but notmany. She didn't love it and won't be back as a gluten free customer. She got the last potato they had for the day so I don'tfeel it's fair to judge them on that for the first visit but.... here we are.... I might go again in the future but I doubt sheever will. Read more

This was my first visit to McAlister's, and the hype greatly exceeded what I experienced. I went because I am a big fan of GOOD... loaded potatoes, and heard that they had some. I order a potato, and then find out it's the last one they're making. I literallygot the last, bottom of the barrel, potato. This thing was so dry, that little tiny cup of sour cream couldn't be found once Imixed it in. The butter couldn't even save it, and the potato was still hot enough to melt it. I don't think I'll be back, notfor a while. Read more

We have eaten at this McAlisters quite often. So, so disappointed. Just picked up an order of two bowls of the potato soup and... a salad. Salad was decent, lettuce looked old. Soup was a major disappointment, it is normally thick and has potato in it.This was as runny as water, between the two bowls there was three small pieces of potato. Few pieces of chives and totallytasteless. The bowls weren't even 3/4 full. I have seen between covid and inflation that prices have gone up, amounts have gonedown. Please don't cut the quality of your food to this extent. I would hate to see your restaurant closed up like the oneacross the street. Read more

Usually great, but for an extra $1.25 I was only given about 2 bites of fresh fruit. Sandwiches today also seemed to be a lot... smaller than usual.. not sure if this is the new norm so I?ll leave 4 stars since it?s usually always been fine. Read more

My wife and I both ordered a salad when they placed it on the table what was obvious was that much of the lettuce was old it had... already changed colors and that was obvious to us and should have been obvious to the staff in the kitchen and the personserving the food. We also noticed the place to be very dirty the photographs that are associated with this review shows a lotof dust that is more than one day old I would estimate at least a week which means whoever?s job it is to make sure the place isclean and the tables are wiped down is not doing a good job. I personally observed the boy pick up after a couple had left andhe wiped the table only in areas where their drinks had been he did not wipe the entire table nor did he take notice of thelarge amount of dirt on the ledge. One of the photographs will show the large amount of dust that was collected on the napkinholder this would be obvious to any employee delivering the food or cleaning up afterward. Read more

Food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the potato salad. I removed a star as one side item was missing.
