Ordered online at 6:35pm, with a 45 minute delivery estimate. At 7:55pm I contacted the customer service line. The rep was... rude while looking up my order, and said it was "out for delivery" after first telling me she couldn't locate my order withphone number. I would give zero stars for customer service. Food was ok. Arrived late but was extremely unhappy with customer service. Was... overcharged but when I tried to call the store was simply told "we can't change anything after your card has been charged" Iordered online & it appeared to be correct amount but was charged $10.00 more than I should have been. Upon calling & talking toa "quote" manager I was told call in the order but sometimes the help is new & don't always get the order correct.Seriously????? Absolutely ridiculous. Never once have I ever gotten an order from this mazzios delivered correctly. I will not be using this location anymore... maybe... we should have learned our lesson from the first 4 times they've messed up simple pizza orders. Today's order took 40 minutes toshow up wrong, so I called in to have it fixed and it's been 50 minutes since the correct order was "on its way" and it's stillnot here. This is poor service. This is hands down the WORST mazzios in the state of Oklahoma! The service is terrible, the pizza is never ready at the... estimated time, and the manager is rude! I am a disabled veteran and he always says my tax exemption and military are twodiscounts! The fact that someone has served their country and is disabled because if it is NOT a discount!!! I never have thisproblem at the mazzios on Broadway. I guess I will just have to drive further for decent service!!! Read more
