I've had delivery twice due to emergency (sporting event, you understand) and they came through. Great pizza, reasonable prices,... and reliable delivery. 4 stars because delivery homie forgot the dipping sauce, which resulted in some fairly dry cheesesticks. Read more

I live exactly 1 mile from the store. And your app says it doesn't deliver to, so I have to call each time.(4 years) I just... ordered a large pizza but because it's 1.00 short of a so called amount needed they will not deliver it. So I told them tokeep it. Read more

Pizza was fire but I wish they would pay attention to alterations. Nor getting garlic dip is very disappointing.

They have good pizza, but it hit or miss as to whether or not they get your order correct!! Last cpl of times they missed a... detail of how the pizza should have been made within the order. Sometimes it's those small details that matter most!!! Hopefullynext time it will be correct. Read more

Just moved to the area so just looking for some takeout while I did some unpacking. Was greeted quickly by the cashier. Lucy did... a great job explaining in detail the options and was very kind, patient, and welcoming after I have had a very busy and not sogreat day. We are officially done with this place. We bought pizza there weekly for years and today is our last day. Since, we were... frequent customers we used to tell them we were tax exempt and could pay over the phone to save time for when we picked thepizza up. Then it changed to where we had to show them the card every time before we could pay. Well, today it's changed again!Now we have to show them our ID along with it. Next thing you know we will have to go into the store to prove it. Also, how doesthat work if you're having it delivered? Some people can't leave their house and they legally don't have to pay taxes. All ofthis would make sense if the customer wasn't visiting frequently, but we do. They know us. It would also be different if theircustomer service was better. When we ask them about the changes, they get rude with us and when we order on the phone they arevery rude. They always sound annoyed and are short with us. I understand some days can be hard in customer service, but youstill need to try and be polite to your customers and it shouldn't be every time. Their food quality has also gone down and theydon't even cut their pizza correctly anymore. It's very sad, because this used to be our favorite place and it just keepsgetting worse and worse.
