Excellent tacos,great chips and salsa. Refried beans not my favorite. Would definitely eat there again.

First time in, and certainly not my last. Was absolutely fantastic. The service was friendly, courteous, and prompt. We ordered... the carne asada and I had the tamales with a chicken enchilada verde. They promptly serve you homemade chips; amazing, with awhite queso, delicious, mild salsa, and before you can ask offer corn and or flour tortillas, a roho caliente sauce, andsomething Ive never experienced without request, relish. Ive bee eating here for years, however this evening they lost my business. Ordered for pickup about 45 minutes early, to be... ready at 5:30. The food was prepared instantly and confirmed by the manager on duty it was sitting for over 30 minutes. Herefused to recook the order, offered to reheat it, then after explaining I've worked in a restaraunt and that food was unsafe -offered to recook the food as I was walking out the door. Extremely unsafe, unprofessional and makes me wonder about the foodhandling safety of takeout orders they give all of their customers. We were denied a refund. Read more

Where do I begin...Set up, the chips were fresh like it came out of fresh oil, cheese sauce and salsa was VERY bland. Ordered 2... entrees- taco salad n beef fajitas. Taco salad was a bland taste for it to be beef. Fajitas was the only product that wasseasoned well n not chewy... The rice was awful and dried no seasoning but had the beautiful color like it was seasoned...The"fresh" tortillas were super dried and not tasty as other establishments. Server was nice n helpful but the backend where foodis being prepared needs a lift... oh let me tell you that for 1.99 for a somewhat scoop of sour cream is assine with a partiallettuce holding it... 1st time visit n will not be recommending... We ordered to go food for dinner for our first time to eat at Los Arcos Mexican food restaurant in Edmond. The restaurant was... clean when I went in to pick up our food. The food was tasty and the setup was plenty for a family of 4. It is convenientlylocated in the shopping plaza to the south east of Danforth and Kelly. We will definitely be stopping by again for lunch ordinner. Our server Pedro was always on top of everything our drinks were always full and table was clean. Read more
