I came in and got a "hot and ready "pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread sticks . I drove home and my pizza was ice cold and... the bread sticks were hard. I called the restaurant and was told by the "mod" (manager on duty) that I would have to driveback up to the restaurant with the pizza and my recipet. The manager I spoke to was very rude about the whole situation.Instead of being understanding that I just drove all the way home to expect an at least a warm pizza but not ice cold.. Then Iasked to speak to the general manager and got told that they just left for the day . I will be calling in the morning andexplaining this whole situation and how unpleasant and unprofessional the mod is being !! I've ordered from this establishment many times, but the last few times I have been in here, the cashiers have been unfriendly... and very unprofessional.
