Reviews for Jimmy's Egg in Edmond, OK
First time here at the one in Edmond off 2nd. Not very busy at 8:30 AM and so I was served quickly and efficiently by... Pamela. Not a fan of their hashbrowns covered in cheese and onions but the very veggie omelette was delicious. Read more
Got the iced coffee "cinnamon roll" flavoured, and garbage breakfast. Me and my husband shared it. Was delicious.
So yes I just left there and and I check my bank account card and I noticed my server Pamela decided to take an extra $5 as a... tip when I already tipped her at the table. I called back up there to complain about the extra $5 I didn't give permissionbecause I paid with credit card and ask to speak to a manager she said she is the manager. The food was good but the service wassneaky note to self pay with cash. I even circled a zero and slash in the Middle where the tip was supposed to be at. Verydisappointed about taking money when I already left a tip. Read more
Great food. Great service. Plenty of locals eating here. Wait staff knew customers orders when they walked in.
It?s an older style breakfast diner giving it a nostalgic feel. They have a good amount of options so anyone can find something... they will enjoy. The food isn?t spectacular but it?s not trying to be an artisan restaurant so it fits expectations. The portionsizes are great and you won?t leave feeling hungry. Read more
Great service. Good prices compared to Denny's. We come here once or twice a month. Todays food was great see pics below.
Jimmy's egg is comparable to IHOP but a little less quality in my humble opinion. Service was decent until we went to the cash... register and the cashier (Asian guy with no name badge) was more interested in watching videos on his phone instead of servingcustomers. My time is precious and I dont have time to watch you play on your phone and Im pretty sure that is not what they payyou for. Quality of the food is less than average. I had 1 egg, french toast and bacon. The egg and bacon where good but thefrench toast was awful. Also ask for butter if you want in on your french toast, if not it will come with powedered sugar only. Like most places that serve a home style breakfast it gets very busy on the weekends, so come early morning or afternoon toavoid the rush. Read more
Food was surprisingly slow, even with few people in the dining room. Are we still coping with the pandemic?
