This Jack in the Box is very professional and clean! I have only had quality sandwiches, shakes and sides from them. The... employees are pleasant and have really cool haircuts. I got 2 monster tacos and double Jack combo with curly fries and asprite. I?ll continue to eat here until they build a location closer to my home! 2pm on a sunday. Drive-thru blocked, yet again. People inside working. Doors locked. Noone answers the phone. On days you get to... order, you sit in the drive through a minimum of 20 min, even if you are the only one there. Been this way 2+ years In 26 years i have worked for multiple nationwide franchises, as well as fine dining independent dining establishments, this absolutelyblows my mind. Was trying to get food in the drive through. Some employee put a trash can in the middle of the drive through to prevent people... from ordering. I don't know the reason why but it can cause them to lose buisness. As a fast food worker I I can understand ifthey are short handed bur I don't think blocking the drive through is necessary. Absolutely the worst ran fast food business in the city. They won?t even acknowledge you at the drive through unless you honk or... yell hello multiple times. I sat in the line with 3 cars for almost 45 minutes today. So done with this place. Read more
This is the 3rd time your restaurant has a sign posted saying they will not help walk in customers or drive-through customers... for that matter. Only doordash, grubhub, and Uber eats orders get to be served. The sign specifically States they will not serveanyone else. Can you please get this location under proper management? It's Sunday 11 o'clock and the line is not moving. 25 min in line only to get your order wrong and watch the cashier TAKE money... out of the till ,(did not give me a receipt) and put it in her pocket lol! Wow....just wow. Understanding they probably have anemployee shortage but sometimes it just best to go without...... Dear Owner or Corporate i see you respond to these reviews butis anything really being done? Today as Americans we have many many different options when it comes to how we are going tospend our money. The drive-through was... blocked off and was a note on the door saying ?Sorry for the inconvenience but we are only doing DoorDash and Uber eatdeliveries at this time.? EXCUSE ME! We stood in line for 15 minutes then waited for our food. It took so long we had to get it to go. My friend had a Drs... appointment and we thought we would be able to get in and out at least 30 minutes. Food was very microwaved. Chicken was nastytasting. Read more
