I found the food to be underwhelming. They have very thin patties that were burned and dry. They have shoestring fries with... their own dipping sauce which were not cooked long enough. Read more
Came to pick up a to-go order. An employee brought my order out, I stood up and checked the bag and saw my name. I grabbed the... bag - the employee snatched the bag out of my hand without saying a single word. I just stared at her because it was my firsttime there and I did not know the process, but she did not say anything. She placed a sticker over the bag to seal it, thendropped the bag back on the counter. I apologized, said I had never been there before and wasn't sure of the process. Sheignored me completely, so I told her next time to try saying something to me before snatching something out of my hand. It'samazing someone like her - totally worthless - was able to get a job, even at an entry level job like food service. I feel badfor the manager that has to clean up messes for this employee. There are others at that store who can actually speak to guests -even when things become difficult. Get rid of that bum! Read more
I like their jalapeño pepper-jack burger. It has ample amount of fry sauce with jalapeno peppers and other toppings. The patty... is thin sliced so the overall size of the burger is small compared to other burger chain restaurants. Cost wise it is expensiveand sometimes the wait times are too much especially when u drive through. But i can guarantee a decent burger! Read more
Cheeseburger and fries were amazing, however, two people from our party (including me) got hair in our food. The custard was... good too, I ordered a dirt n' worms concrete and the guy making it seemed like he was in such a hurry that he didn't bother tomix it for more than 2 seconds, so mine was vanilla custard with oreo at the bottom.
