so besides the fact that they have really really good drinks, the staff is so amazing. always dishing out compliments to people... and projecting happy vibes. i was having a really hard day (and it was obvious), the barista noticed and paid for my drink andwrote a sweet little note on my lid. i don?t remember their name but thank you so much for your gesture of kindness :?). This is my new coffee place. Honestly, it's my new drink spot in general. They have so much more than coffee. There are so many... flavor Customizations of iced coffee, energy drinks, cream-based drinks, and a number of other drink options. My whole familyloves it. This place has replaced our Starbucks runs, unfortunately though we don't have one locally in Guthrie. Plus we lovethe vibe of this place, and the quick and courteous service. The app shows you the tons of flavors they have, and all of theflavor options you can make on your own. Plus, the app has a decent reward system. I do wish it would give you pushnotifications for days where they are giving things out. I just so happened to catch on social media when they were giving outthe really neat tumblers with a large drink order. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. Read more

TL;DR version?Your money and time is best spent elsewhere. Over-hyped. Employees prefer to chat with each other than pay... attention. Drivethru is unforgiving if you don?t think it?s worth the wait after ordering, so be certain you really wantsomething from here or you?ll be stuck for a bit. On the pricier and sweeter side. Could do without the coerced terminology.Wanted an extra shot of espresso in my drink and the lady taking my order informed me that I meant, ?I?d like a dub added.?After about 10 min waiting, my drink was being handed to me by a different lady who apologized for the wait because according toher..she, ?didn?t know what Cadillac emblems looked like,? so she was walking to the wrong vehicles in the process trying tofigure it out. No hard feelings on that, but I?d either pick a different location or a different coffee establishment in generalif you?re looking for a more tactful, efficient, and hasty experience. This is not COFFEE, this a splash of "coffee" then mixed with whatever flavor or chocolate milk. Been 3 times, today we tried a... simple iced vanilla latte. YUCK !! Even though I work at a competing coffee chain known for its love of green, it?s... such a delight to see and support the love of coffee and crafted drinks! Dutch Bros is a fast, friendly place with lots ofdelicious coffee options, but one of their best strengths is in their energy drink and other non coffee beverages. Coffee [a simple hot vanilla latte] was on par. Nicely roasted and not too dark/bitter which suits my tastes. Also not... overpowering sweet. Staff was friendly. Opening week, so busy and a bit slow but they were staffed to handle the load as wellas possible. I am eager to see if they can maintain quality after their opening crew is gone. So I went to Dutch Bros. today, the line wasn?t terribly long, and two people were outside taking orders. One was finished, so... instead of helping her co-worker out, she just went inside. The young man took my order, waited 20 minutes to get my drink andof course it?s wrong. They re-make it right in front of me and guess what?..it?s wrong again! Instead of having them re-make asecond time, I just left. Sad they just don?t care if they get your drink right or not, but they sure will ask for that tipmoney. ???? what a joke. Read more
