Absolutely the worst dunkin I?ve literally ever been too! Attempted to get a simple cup of coffee on Saturday 10/8. Sat in the... drive thru line for 20 minutes and didn?t move! I?m from illinois and We were visiting family in OK. 1st it?s like impossible tofind a dunkin but then this is what you get! Finally told my husband to pull out of the line. The wake-up wraps I had at this location recently were terrible. Tasted like the wraps had been warmed on a dirty grill and I... could actually see (and taste) charred debris on them. The strawberry coolada was nasty and looked unmixed. The only goodthing were the little stuffed bagel bites but you only get two in an order, which is ridiculous. The donuts at this locationare never fresh past 7:00am in my experience, so if you want fresh donuts you better be there when they first open or findanother donut shop. Leaving a review for this sole reason- As you can see from my photo they properly mix the matcha before handing me my drink... which makes it super nice & creamy.Now I don't have to sit here & stir it up for 5 minutes or just drink clumps of matcha!Ireally appreciate the time & effort they put into my drink,much love & gratitude Read more

I love Dunkin. There on the reg. This stop left me HUGELY disappointed. We ordered, only then to have the girl, without a word... walk away. Another stepped up for us to repeat our order. We were delivered a matcha latte and chai latte, that were ALL latte.The matcha was only very very slightly green and both tasted of iced milk. They were promptly tossed. Money wasted. Thisexperience was in Edmond. My location on S. Western is wonderful each and every time with wonderful service. I might also add,it smelled of cigarette smoke... Just not in way of the brand.
