I have never had a sandwich that I didn?t like. As a bonus, don?t forget to get one of their cookies too!

For the SECOND time found hair in my sandwich. Disgusted and disappointed that I have wasted $16. Will never return.

I paid $90 for six sandwiches and a salad. I waited 15 minutes while they made the order (not the end of the world, I guess I... could?ve called the order in). The woman if front of me was there to pick up an item that she was shorted so when the girlbrought me the bag, I asked her if she was positive there were six sandwiches and a salad inside. She said ?absolutely.? I getback to my office and find five sandwiches and no salad dressing. Such a frustrating experience. I remember a time years agothat nobody in town could beat city bites customer service. Now, they struggle to be average. Read more

Was not happy , stood in line while the manager was taking orders over the phone ignoring people in line. I suggested that he... could wait on the phone orders and help people who were in line first. He said I should not tell him how to do his job Read more

Came here today, June 19th 2022, at around 2:20pm. We ordered one California melt with no tomato and one California club with no... mayonnaise at the drive thru. We received 2 California melts and no club, so I called and asked if it could be remade beforedriving back to the location. Whoever I spoke to on the phone (didn?t give a name) told me I could get the sandwich I paid $12for if I could get there ?in time? as it as about 5 minutes before closing when I called. This alone irks me because as arestaurant, customer service should be one of your top priorities and telling a customer they need to rush to get their foodthat you messed up on is just wrong. Then, I get there to pick up the corrected order and there?s still an entire family eatingin the restaurant but the ?open? sign is turned off and a sign in front of the doors as if the staff just itching to close therestaurant. It was literally exactly 3 o?clock (their Sunday closing time), I watched the clock change from 2:59 to 3:00 as Ipulled in. I certainly don?t expect you all to stay open well past closing, but again, it?s just not good customer service todiscourage customers from coming in and to close with patrons still eating. To top it all off, I get home and my sandwich islathered in mayonnaise even though I had told the person on the phone that mayonnaise is the only thing I want removed from thesandwich. That is what is pictured. All in all, a very disappointing experience in which I felt rushed and unappreciated. Read more

This was my first visit to City Bites, then we went back 2 days later and got it go! We went for dinner on a Thursday night and... it wasn't busy but it was on Saturday. I love that they have a drive thru and they have a reasonable / fair price point! We'llgo back again! Read more

I know many people come to City Bites for the sandwiches or even the cookies, but the often overlooked Stuffed Baked Potatoes... are just incredible, and the generous portion lasts me two meals. My favorite is the Turkey variety, with grilled turkey breast, bacon, City Bites' house ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, and margarine. It's exceptionally satisfying and filling, especiallyon colder days when you really want a substantial hot meal. Read more
