The food be really good every time I go they be very low on the new garlic steak. When they see it getting low it should be... replenished. That and the pico be very low send like they give out smaller portions than the other chipotle I frequent.. Read more
Have been eating here for the last 3 years. In the last 6 months this location has fallen apart. Everytime i go theyre out of a... certain item which is frustrating but i can get past it. I have went there for lunch at noon 4 times in the last 2 weeks because I work nearby. 3 of the 4 times they don't have white... rice and was told it will be 15-20 minute wait. Today there is no white rice, chicken, or steak. I got there at 12, stood inline until 12:25 with only 4 people in front of me to be told I have to wait another 15-20minutes for white rice and steak.Definitely will NOT be going back again! Asked to put my side on the side and employee stated they charge extra....the side of steak, chicken ,rice etc. Are measured by... the amount they put on the container as it is. So what are they talking about they now implemented charging extra. The portionswere way off, honest I felt like they ripped me off of the amount of money they charged me. Especially since they rung it upwrong. The line was filthy. Very low on all foods for it only being 5 p.m. The experience and quality of the food was horrible.I always spend $65 this time I spend $86. For the same amount of food I always get. Read more
Ever since I moved to Edmond I?ve been going here and only one time was everything great. This location is the worst Chipotle... I?ve ever been to but unfortunately is the closest to me. This time the steak was cold, the salsa tasted like a lime, and Iordered a kids quesadilla and as you can see in the picture they gave me two tortillas. That?s not a quesadilla. Chips werestale and waited 15 minutes past ready time on dirty tables, as usual. I used to love Chipotle and this is really making meregret going. If you want chipotle don?t go to this one. Go to one somewhere else. You will be disappointed in the quality, theportions, the ready time, and cleanliness of the store. I will drive the 6 miles to the other one and am hoping it?s better. My husband got almost 2 identical orders to go- Mine had about half the amount of rice, lettuce, and guacamole (which is $2.85)... than his had. His looked like a normal bowl (apart from having a giant piece of avocado in it). I?m so dissatisfied anddisappointed that I?m literally waiting for a different chipotle to deliver the same meal to my house since they use normalportions. What a waste of money. Just finished reviewing them on their website... wish I had checked here before we even ordered takeout. It had been a while,... and hoping they had improved. It was worse than ever. ?CHIPOTLE home office needs to step in here!!!!
