Good food. Unfortunately?This location is just incredibly slow and full of people who don?t care about quality or accuracy. Ive... done both dine in and drive thru and every time, my order has been wrong and has taken an incredibly long time to get my food.I?ve been here multiple times and this is the only time I?ve left a review but I?m doing so in hopes that the franchise managerreads it and adjusts. The customer service was good, the dill chicken salad is so good, my husband loved the bbq chicken salad. And the ice tea is... great. Really noisy soda machine was making it hard to hear. Made an online order. After picking up I had to walk right back in because I paid $2 for an extra serving of a different salad.... They apologized and fixed it. It was the grape salad that I got that killed the vibe. Right when i picked up a grape a longblack hair came out of the cream cheese dressing it comes with. Already disgusted, I was like alright I can look past thisbecause I'm starving. The next grape I pulled out had one more hair and I was done. Their food is good. Chances are three out of four times they?re going to get your order wrong. That?s not an exaggeration. Make... sure to check your order before you drive off. I ordered macaroni and cheese and they gave me broccoli salad. When I asked thegirl why, she said they were out of macaroni and cheese so she substituted it for broccoli salad. I guess I don?t get a say inthat decision. Tonight I ordered a sandwich with pasta salad and a child?s mac & cheese. I got home to find a sandwich withbroccoli salad and another half sandwich with a side of chicken salad. Since they don?t offer Half of a sandwich it truly makesme wonder what happened to the other half of the sandwich? As often as they get it wrong, I can?t imagine they will be aroundmuch longer. I've never been here before, but there's a location near where my mom works, and she loves it. She's stuck at a nearby hospital,... hadn't eaten before we went, and didnt get hungry until after the cafeteria closed... she was excited when she saw a location onthis side of town! We both got the turkey pesto sandwich. I'm pretty impressed. It tastes excellent, and is a good price. Thereare lots of side options - I went with a soup of the day. There were a few people in the restaurant, but it seemed like thedrive-thru was a popular option. Even with cars in the drive through, my to-go order came out really quickly! Read more
The food is very good! The workers were patient and send to enjoy their jobs. The atmosphere was really nice & welcoming.
