Went for Friday famous stars. Waited at the register for almost 10 minutes while the shift leader ignored us and took drive thru... orders at that same register.Finally, an employee went & woke up their child who was sleeping in a booth in the lobby & had himcome start helping with orders even though he did not wash his hands. Misunderstanding messed up my order. Lost 30 minutes in traffic getting back to the Carl's Jr. to go inside and explain what... happened to get a fresh beyond cheese burger with veggies, no condiments, because I ended up with a plain hamburger cover inmuster and ketchup. They fixed it for free and didn't charge me the extra $1 for the "beyond meat famous star meal" which iswhat I wanted. Make sure you clearly state exactly what you want! Update: Good drive-thru experience this time. Fresh friedzuchini is delicious and the double western bacon cheeseburger is still one of my favorites. Read more
The toothless old lady behind the counter looked like a crack addict and acted extremely rude and unprofessional when I came in... to order. She had her Marlboro full flavor 100's cigarette pack sitting on the counter next to the P.O.S. and there was anemployee sleeping in a booth closest to the front counter. Have to admit, my husband and I had never been to Carl's Jr. This was our first time coming here and I have to say, we were... really surprised it was as good as it was. Plus the staff were really nice, made sure we checked everything was correct and ifwe needed anything before we left. Not many places do that anymore. So this was a really good experience for us.
