This is the 2nd time I have been at the location in the past 3 weeks only to find my order was not right again. Incompetent help... that needs to read the order back and check to see that I received the correct food. Looked like the night shift manager screwedthis one up. I really do like Braum?s but the customer service lately has been sub-par. Went there today and once I got my burgers and... fries, I was asked to pull up to the door because they were still making my cherry limeades. I thought that was odd becauseI?ve never had to wait on a drink like that. Anyway, I pull up and 5 minutes later an employee brings out what is supposed tobe my 2 cherry limeades. There was no pink in sight but I thought maybe I needed to stir it. I get home and took a sip and itwas basically seltzer water with a lime in it. It actually tasted more like the machine had run out of soda. I didn?t feellike going back so I called and the phone rang and rang and then rolled me over to voicemail. I absolutely loved the fact that I got a burger that burned my mouth! It's the first time in months I've had a hot burger from a... Braum's! It's just sad that I had to eat all the way in Edmond to get that when I live in El Reno! They didn't get my ordercompletely right, but I forgave them when my burger was so good! Read more
I like Braum?s. Lately though the Braum's closest to me has been lacking (drive-thru) so I tried this location. It?s further for... me to drive but worth it! I?ve been back multiple times. French fries are cooked and hot, Bacon cheeseburger wasgood. Employees were friendly and the outside of the store looks clean. Be sure to check your food before you drive away. I gothome with (2) Bacon Cheeseburgers that had everything on them EXCEPT the hamburger patties. Read more
We stopped at this Braum's location because we arrived early for an appointment(2-25-19 around 4:15pm). The overall outside... appearance looked clean, good size parking lot, and eazily accessible from the road. We didn't go to the grocery side so Icannot review it and do not know what they carry however from what I saw while in line it looked clean and well stocked. Theemployees were friendly and gave us time to decide what we wanted. They were fast with our order and polite. The restaurant sideof Braum's was really clean. No trash on tables or floors. The tables were all clean and the soda fountain area was clean aswell. I would definitely recommend this location and would definitely come back if we were ever up near that area of Edmondagain.
