Braum's is the best. This location is always slammed but they still manage to go a decent pace. Very nice employees. Better... and cheaper than those fancy places. You can customize at braum's with add ins etc. And it's not like $10 where it iselsewhere. Read more
We were terrified today. We went into Braums and were greeted by a gang of kids, getting ready to fight yelling at employees. ... This man, who I assume is a manager asked them to leave. One of the hoodlums literally yelled in his face cursing andthreatening him. I was shocked by his calm demeanor and he kept telling All the kids to leave. Braums doesn't care about it'spaying customers or apparently their employees. It is sad to see Braums deteriorate so much . Read more
I went with friends and had my first hot fudge sundae in a decade. Braum's made it memorable. I especially liked the pecans... and the ice cream was great. The service was good and the price was right. Read more
Rude rude workers at the ice cream and food counter. Acted too busy to answer my questions, rushed us through the purchase.... Shake cup had a hole in the bottom. Leaking and didn?t fix it before handing out. Will not return to this location. Management:everyone at that counter on 9/6/22 at 5:45pm should find new jobs. 45 min wait through the drive through (8/30 @ 7pm) tonight?. And to top it all off, we only ordered 2 combos and they forgot... one of them. Not awesome, I could have driven to Norman quicker than I got food. You would think someone cared aboutchecking orders?. Nope.. Notified Nevada about the poor quality of the mixes purchased tonight and he could care less. We asked for lids because of the... rain and the lady scraped off the toppings and covered the mixes. The manager did not even attempt to correct the issue. Sadlythis is the routine attitude here at night. Don't waste your money at this location. I just wasted $10 on 3 small cups of icecream. Sometimes the drive-thru food is awesome at this location and sometimes not so much. It depends who?s working. Edit to add: The... drive-thru lane up to the windows is disgusting. Smashed ketchup, food, gum, etc. Maybe wash it down once in a while. Clean thedrive-thru windows as well. Read more
The food was great, but a fight broke out among some middle schoolers. One of the Braum's workers was very professional and... asked the offenders to leave. Braum's coeporate ought to be supporting their workers, but apparently this type of incidenthappens often. Read more
