This Arby's was amazing. Food was great and workers were friendly.
Drive thru so slow, card machine not working, got the order wrong, gave us a flat soda and no napkins. Yay.
Been here a few times in the past couple months. Food is fine but the staff is awful. One visit I had to go back in the place 3... times because they got my order wrong 3 times in a row. Worst Arbys in Oklahoma. Read more

Staff were rude and condescending to this old man. The sandwich was as expected, but the crinkle fries were stale and chewy with... large chunks of black completely-burned "something" mixed in. They were completely inedible, and I threw them uneaten in thetrash. They appeared to be unsafe to eat. When I visit a drive through, I realize the staff is busy. But as I hand them mymoney, I expect at least a while or the words, "thank you." This staff made me feel like I was interrupting them, and they weremuch more interested in being somewhere else than standing there working the drive through window. Read more

Not allowed in location. Been like that since right before covid. Service is very very slow sat in the drive thru for 20 to 30... mins waiting on one burger and a small fry. Food was good tho! Read more
