I ordered 2 French Dip meals, with crinkle fries and drinks. What I received was 2 French Dip meals with curly fries, and the... sandwiches were so quickly thrown together, half of the sandwich was only bread. The fries were so overcooked, they were hardand the oil used to fry them must not have been changed in some time because the color of the fries was so dark, they almostlooked black. I had to throw them in the trash. If a sandwich restaurant claims "We have the meats", but then produces aproduct that only has meat in half of it, then we need to start demanding of Arby's...."Where's the Meat?"!! I am tired ofpaying money I worked hard for and receiving an inferior product not worth half the price they charged for it! Read more
It's ok, I've tried different Arby's for years and they're all the same, if you like Roast Beef or any form of it, it's great,... they do make a good crinkle cut fry but this place reminds me of Jack in the Box with the different menu items they add. TheWagyu burger was good but I'm not sure if it's real Wagyu and i don't think that particular burger is worth the money for thetaste. I do like their strawberry lemonade though and like I said, the burger is still good. Read more

Manager was rude. Took their sweet time. Took over 30 minutes. The girl at the front was really sweet but the large manager lady... was extremely rude. Turned her back in customers, didnt acknowledge anybody standing at the front for a long time. Its bad whenyour employees are more professional than the manager. And the store looked disgusting in the back. Where is the healthdepartment? Read more
Had to correct the guy taking my order 3 or 4 times. He still got it wrong and then wanted to argue with me that I didn't order... that. Nobody including the manager apologized. He kept saying to the manager, don't you want to hear my side? Manager did getme the right food finally and didn't charge me for it...I must admit I wasn't on my best behavior either after the guy keptsaying I was lying about my order. Not your typical arby's. Just tried to go up here to get some lunch (11:20am) and no one was here...At all, there were not even cars in the parking lot.... There was a big sign saying drive-through open, and it?s said they open at 10:30 AM. Really disappointed I do not have to meats. Read more
They were friendly when we ordered but it was late and dark and we didnt check our bag and were missing curly fries. They said... we could come all the way back get them sometime but offered nothing else. Seriously? I told them I like to have them with mysandwhich while the sandwhich is warm. They said they could upgrade them to the next biggest size which is only 50 cents more.That's not worth the gas. I've had that happen at another establishment and they gave me my meal again. The least they couldhave done was give me the $2.99 sandwhich with the size fries I ordered. Read more
Just opened my food and there?s a piece of plastic inside. This is unacceptable and I?ll never eat here again.
