While staying for a couple days I tried this cozy place in the wall. But honestly everywhere I've been in edisto it has been... cozy. Very nice staff clean and roomy. I recommend sitting out back on the deck by the water. Also recommend the SURF AND TURFBURGER AND THE SCALLOPS WRAPPED IN BACON. Absolutely phenomenal the scallops were an appetizer and were probably the best Ithink I've ever had. They were not fried but broiled or grilled with the bacon. The burger was out of this world. Soft bun nicethick burger. Lettuce and tomato but what set it off was the grilled shrimp and pimento cheese. Flavor beyond words. Highlyhighly recommend!!!!! Read more

Amazing service! The host that seated us was very personable and pleasant to talk with. Our server, Addison, was awesome and... suggested local brews for my husband to try. My husband had the best po boy and I had the you pick 2 shrimp and scallops thatwere hot and cooked to perfection. Fries were hot, cole slaw was sweet and tangy. THANK YOU!!! Fantastic seafood meals. Super friendly staff, and the new server, Adaron, was so friendly and quick to bring us everything. He... checked on our table at least five times and was amazing. The shrimp were plump and perfectly grilled. I did not expect that inthe tacos, but they were the same shrimp that my husband got in the grilled basket. A really cool vibe to the place and Iimagine in season the outdoor deck eating is awesome. I also imagine this place gets packed in summer. We are here in March, butI can say that compared to the other restaurants that we have gone to this week, this is the best deal and the best seafood.(We've paid a lot more for lesser quality meals. I don't want to name them because all the businesses are struggling, and it isoff-season, and the meals weren't bad- just saying this is THE PLACE to go to.) Read more
This is a small space both inside and out. The staff that we engaged with were friendly. The atmosphere is clean. The food... portions were more than bountiful. The ingredients seemed fresh. If you have Old Bay seasoning at hand, you can likely replicatethe flavors. On the flip side, they did not accept call ahead seating. No hostess. Certainly not a place to watch a sportsgame. They are within walking distance for many locals and visitors and are conveniently located to watch the sunset. I wouldreturn to the late night bar because it is in walking distance, but not for the food. Read more
