We ordered 8 drinks ahead of time that were not prepared, we had to then fill our own drinks in a flooded lobby. We then were... shorted 3 meals and were refused and told "they were packed themselves" and that they couldn't have made a mistake. We ordered$120 worth of food. Man behind the counter was the most rude employee you could imagine. We were not allowed to get our foodthat we paid for. I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. We had Korean, Hawaiian and Mild Buffalo wings. Two stars because the wings were crisp, but the sauce for all was terrible. I... brew beer and the sauce tasted and smelled like boiled grains - off putting. Terrible. Perhaps we had a bad batch of saucebecause they couldn't be in business selling food like this? Worst wing stop I ever been to. I ordered for pickup online and waited an hour to go pick up my food. When I arrived the short... lady in the front told me I had to wait till 10:09 to pick up my order, mind you I got there at 10:00? it wasn?t even busy! Ican understand if it was super busy but wow! I saw my order sitting on the table packed. She said it wasn?t ready yet but itreally doesn?t take an hour to get food out! It?s fast food for a reason. They are really waiting till the last 10 minutes tomake your food or she didn?t want to give it to me yet bc i was 10 mins early (an hour passed already) This place needs newmanagement. Ridiculous. Overall terrible experience. We ordered early in the morning to pick up wings in the afternoon for game day. While the wings... were prepared on time, the wings tasted awful. They tasted as if they ran out of sauce and diluted it with water. No flavorwhatsoever. When I called to request a refund I was told that they were busy yesterday because of the Super Bowl, which ICOMPLETELY understand but that's not an excuse I'm sorry. I paid $50 for a tray of wings that we didn't even eat. If theyaren't able to fulfill all orders on a high volume day, then they shouldn't accept multiple orders. Simple. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I will! My husband & I love wing stop & decided to get food from here. I called a dozen of... times to place an order but the phone wasn?t ringing so I decided to stop in. Even worst idea! Come in & wasn?t greeted. Shortlady in the front? are you here for pick up?? I told her no I wanted to place an order. She said they were only taking ordersonline? ???? like huh? I said okay I was calling you guys. She told me that the phone wasn?t working. All these red flags but Istill placed the order. After I placed the order I came in to asked if she received the order so that I can go to Aldi beforeit closed. The lady totally ignored as I was calling her. I had to go behind the glass to get her attention & this lady stillignored me. Smh Got the food & drinks and it was a bug in my husband drink. I took a look at the glass & couldn?t help but tosee this posted on it. Look at the pictures below. So the phone don?t work, the system to place orders in the store don?t work,no employees. Why are they still open? Anyways worst worst experience in my life at a fast food restaurant. I always haverespect for the ppl that prepared my food but this lady was asking me to cursed her out! Nothing special here, employees seemed miserable or maybe it was slow, but definitely not greeting customers with even a fake... smile. I ordered a boneless 6 piece combo. Wings were a bit overcooked and totally soaked in the sauces I ordered. French frieswere better then I expected and actually better then the buffalo wings, I must also say the blue cheese dressing is also REALLYgood here! Read more
