Has to be worst Starbucks ever. Awful location/design for drive thru. Visited on 11/26, apparently they decided to close... early but the drive thru had 12 cars waiting... we could see staff inside. Like two cars made it thru the drive thru and thenthe staff vacated the store after sitting in a stagnant line for 15-20 mins, never informing anyone of what was up. Theybasically waited from 3:40 to 4:00 to punch out and just ran out of the store. Seriously.. common decency maybe? And toboot, the drive thru is designed so that there is no getting out so we were all jammed in until the front of the line decided togive up. On a positive note - my past drinks were made correctly but 90% of the time i order ahead in the app. Read more

I?m going to try being as concise as possible: 1. The hours of operation are completely random. There?s been so many times where... we?ve driven to this location, seeing as it?s the closest one to us, and it?s been closed even when Google indicates it?s open.Recently, they?ve been posting temporary hours of operation at their drive through and, even then, they fail to follow through.Long story short, you never know if and when this location is open. 2. I can?t speak to the service when you walk through, butthe drive through is extremely inefficient. It almost always wraps around the entire location, making the parking lot a completemess. Most people tend to only order one or two drinks, and despite that, the baristas take so long people put their cars intopark. It doesn?t make sense to blame the baristas though because there?s usually only one on shift during peak evening hours.Again, long story short, this place is very understaffed, and because of this, the time spent waiting on drinks is just notworth it. 3. Lastly, the drink quality is also unpredictable. On more occasions than one, I have spent a minimum of fifteenminutes in the drive through waiting on one drink and when it comes back, my tall drink barely fills two-thirds of the cup. Inever ask them to remake it because they obviously have their hands full, but it is seriously irritating having to pay Starbucksprices, wait a long time, and then get a lacking drink. I would only stop by if lines are short. Otherwise I would say go to adifferent location or a Starbucks in a Target instead. Read more
