It's place for coffee or tea or a cocktail. It was very quiet and lifeless when I was there with a friend.
If you?re trying to get COVID, this is your place. The place is so unclean and uncomfortable. Kathy at the front was working... both the kitchen and the orders and wouldn?t stop sweating and throwing her attitude around. Great for a quick bite and good quality. I love all the Nordstrom Cafes. I wish Menlo Park's menu had the same things that... Garden state plaza mall has but still awesome options. Asian chicken salad is my favorite. Good soups. Good pastas. UsuallyEverytime I am at the mall I come here after working up an appetite shopping. My only complaint is the consistency. My salad isnot always made the same way when I go. It still tastes good but not really consistent. Read more

The girl with the pink headphones was not helpful at all. Ignoring customers. Only time she became attentive was when a guy... showed up to purchase coffee. Another team member had to help me. Everyone was on their phones. Only silver lining was my coffeewas good. Overall, customer service needs to be revamp. Hire people who really wants to work. Read more
