This is a quaint little deli. You can get almost any kind of sandwich here they have bagels and I don't know the lady's name who... owns it but she is so wonderful. All the food is made fresh I always order my hash browns with just onions and I love it. Theprices are reasonable and it's very clean inside this deli. The Iced Caramel Macchiato Coffee is made to order 24oz and only $4. Other sizesavailable. All managaement needs to take a food safety course. Hope the owner sees this. Went for convenience on my way to work every... morning. I used to manage a restaurant years ago and this is one of the most poorly trained staff I?ve ever witnessed in the fewmonths I went here. The staff is tremendously slow. 10-15 minute wait for 1 bagel with cream cheese and no other orders in site.Never seen someone take so long to spread cream cheese. Then you take your fingers and push the bagel down leaving literal holesin the bread from his fingers with a reused pair of gloves. Also you would fail any sort of health and food/safety inspectionfor this alone. Those gloves are NOT reusable as your employee struggled for 5 minutes just to put on his gloves the alreadypreviously used for another order. Not only is it a waste of time being it?s much easier to simply put on a new pair. but it?s amajor health violation for cross contamination. LA Bagel right around the corner or bagel bazaar further down Inman are abetter option. Read more
Asked for a bagel with no chesse they gave me cheese. I called back and asked for them to either refund the order or give me a... free bagel next time I?m in the area all she said was OK and then the call ended. Uncertain what they are going to do but Iordered a bagel with no cheese for a reason I don?t eat cheese. Also heard they laughed at my mother last time she came in don?tever disrespect me or my mother. Never supporting this business again. Read more
