After ordering 2 breakfast sandwich and beverage, I waited patiently for 20 mins for order to be delivered to my table, then I... walked in , restaurant was nearly empty with at least 5 mc Donald employees. I asked about my order and noticed that screen hasonly mine order and 2 from drive way. Then only the person took a note and asked me to wait for my order. After 5 mins, he leftmy sandwiches on counter rudely and left. About person walked in from drive way and started chatting. It was over 5 mins and Iwas still on counter waiting for my beverage. I then asked to see manager and then this person became agitate and literallystarted threatening and aggressive, then manager walked in and asked what she can help, in told her the story and instead ofbeing apologetic she said it will take time we are busy, when literally we were the only one with order in restaurant. Then theemployee came back and threw the beverage on counter after 5 min. I asked manager her name so I can lodge and complain and sheignored rudely. WORST restaurant ever!! I stopped by to order some food for my fiancee and I after my her long shift at the hospital. I ordered a Big Mac and she... ordered the #9, ketchup only. Pull up to the window and was given the food pretty quickly and as I'm checking the order beforedriving away, I notice that the #9 has cheese on it. So I get the guy's attention at the window and say there must've been amiscommunication, that the order was wrong. The guy immediately blames the cooks, saying he put the order in right and took thefood back. I wait a few more minutes and he gives me the food back. I again check one of the two burgers of the #9 and see it'scorrect. I get home and see that the one I checked was fine, but when we got to the second burger of the order it was literallyjust bread and ketchup. I get the order being wrong once, but literally twice in a row in this hilarious fashion? Read more
