The birria and quesabirria are delicious. Well cooked and seasoned (it has a little bit of heat), lots of cheese and very large... portion. My only negative is that the birria tacos are made with corn tortillas and it has a strong flavor. However, thequesabirria is amazing, it comes in a pizza box and is large enough to share with 2 or 3 people. Staff is very friendly andhelpful. I asked for extra cilantro and they delivered. You must try the quesabirria from here! It's a big portion and they put it in a pizza box. Comes with two different salsas and... the consome to dip your quesabirria in. We also tried the Monclova Hot Dog and the Burrito Texano. Both I also would recommend.The hot dog had bacon and it was cooked really well. It was very clean inside the restaurant and spacious. They had someMexican candies for sale at the counter and desserts! Parking was easy. They had a few spots on the Woodbridge Ave side but ifyou can't find anything there then just got behind the building. There's plenty of street parking. Read more
I was so hungry so stopped at this spot after church. I called in my order of the beef birria tacos, no cheese or cilantro. The... nice lady said it would take 20 minutes. When I arrived I parked in their lot. The food was ready and it was a little over $13.When I got home I dug in and it wasn't bad. It had a little spice to it and the flavor was good. If you love authentic mexican tacos come here. Delicious. Churrizo was the best flavor while the carnitas and carne asade were a... but dryer. Ask for birria tacos which isn't on the regular menu. Read more
Since I moved out of California it?s been a pain trying to find a quality Mexican place. I am at peace finding this place. The... interior of the restaurant extremely clean , I wish all restaurants live to the same standards! What makes this place trulyspecial are the owners and the employees are considerate for all their customers . Once for my take out order, they even calledbecause their online menu doesn?t fully list all the meat products; super considerate ! (Yes, I def did add meat since I knewthat was an option ????) UPDATE 2/19/21 I got catering for my night crew at the laboratory and it was a huge success !!!Everyone was full and got to take food home. A lot of people assumed the quality of the tacos were from the city but I had tocorrect them that it was local near our job in Edison ???? I got coworkers that have food restrictions and the Edison Tex Mexhad everything for everyone : the vegetarians at my job and they were so grateful about the nachos. I've searched for decent mexican food locally for a long time and I finally found one. The food here is so good, that we ate... here twice in one week. I highly recommend their flautas, quesadillas, and tacos. I plan on trying other options in the future.Oh, and they deliver too. Read more
