Not sure, staff are immature and frustrated personalities. I am seeing them since 7 years. Every time bad experience. Also, two... weeks back staff are shouting on other staff members. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION I am a regular customer at Dunkin? Donuts. I never go to starbucks cos i love DD. After... having my coffee here i have a 2nd though of giving my money to starbucks. I have a specific way of my iced coffee. And that isthe only way i order every where. At this specific location (edison oak tree) i am told they cannot make the coffee as i wantcos the prices of material is high n the manager has said not to. If dunkin is already increased the prices of coffee. It shouldnot matter how high the prices of material are. I will not recommend this location. Read more
Nicely done hash browns. Sour cream donut was just okay.
They made my caramel macchiato just the way I wanted it. The staff could be a little more friendly.
The hash browns here are delicious, they are not overcooked or undercooked. The staff seems to be friendly.
The mobile app works fantastic at this location. My food and drink is always ready when I arrive.
The employees here are so rude. There was an actual fight between a customer and an employee while I was in line... then when it... was my turn to order they were very rude to me as well. It was national coffee day so there was a free coffee promotion. After Iplaced my order they said the system wasn?t working, no free coffee. (They should have led with that...) No attempt to find asolution. Then they got my order wrong. Read more
