Worst Chipotle I have ever been at. Issues every time I have been here. Has 4 people staffed or less, so most food is out or... they have very little available. They give you very little because they never have enough people to keep making food. Wascharged full price when I should have been charged half for what I was given. If they are barely keeping with the food I canonly imagine how they are doing with the cleanliness of the place. Will never be going back to this place again. I would adviseyou avoid this place as well and go anywhere else but here. Hopefully this place goes out of business soon and can be replacedwith a place that can actually keep people staffed. Went to Chipotle at 9PM and ordered two plates only to receive not even half of what we would get at other Chipotles. Employees... had an attitude and did not give us what we asked for even after several repeats. We ordered two drinks and when we checked thereceipt in the car we noticed we were charged for three, so I went back in for a refund. Employee rudely asked if I wantedanother drink when I just wanted a refund. After a brief back and forth I received my refund. Got home in under ten minutes andwe find that the food is cold and the cheese barely melted if not at all. Read more
This chipotle is the worst in US. The rice still raw. How can I eat the raw rice? Won?t be there anymore.
We ordered our food and a large chips & queso blanco. We told the employees that the chips tasted stale and they wouldn?t even... change the bag of chips. It literally tastes disgusting and so sour and salty. Read more
Don't order later in the day. We ordered via the app at 9, since the place was slated to close at 10. The lights were on, and... there was a single staff member on their phone in the dining area, but the door was locked and despite knocking and waiting atthe drive-thru for ~10 minutes, our order never came and we were never acknowledged. This Chipotle appears to create its own rules, opens and closes at whim and there have been 3 times that I show up to order,... only to be told they only take online orders. Also this is the state of the restaurant the last time I came on 6/10/2021. Theydropped a receipt in the beans, fished the receipt out and continued serving those same beans. **Edit** passed by on my wayhome and although the hours posted say it's supposed to close at 10, it was closed. 8:39pm on a Monday. Unprofessional! ** Editagain*** tried to go at 7:50 pm Saturday night and door is locked, no sign on the door. They are supposed to close at 10. I amnever coming here again. Read more
Everything was awesome until they ran out of my favorite Fajita Veggies! It was in the afternoon, How can you run out of veggies... so early? ???? I probably should've gotten my Chipotle from the Menlo Mall. Read more
