I love this Barnes & Noble location. Customer service is great. Even if there is a line, the line moves quickly. The books... displayed are great choices, I always end up buying more than I planned to. Very spacious too, and I love that we can sit andhave coffee while reading our new purchases. Read more
I loves this Barnes and Noble location. It was not very crowded and I enjoyed sitting in the Cafe reading some of the books I... bought. Very peaceful atmosphere. Just visited B&N on 10.30.22. As always a peaceful place to read my purchased books and/ormagazines. Read more
Big bookstore with a pretty good selection of books, music, and even some disc media like movies and shows, although it looked... like the latter was in the process of being phased out. This store has its own dedicated bathroom, which is pretty A+ . Theupper floor, which I didn't visit until recently, houses the philosophy, classic literature, and general fiction sections, mostof interest to myself. There is also a long bank of huge windows that one can look out of, affording a nice view of thesurrounding area of the Menlo Park Mall. It is a quite nice bookstore. Read more
Barnes n Nobles is my favorite spot 2 get all my favorite books... Love it n the ppl where amazing helping me as well.....
Good reads, games, gifts, Godiva, a Cafe, and Great staff. Hard to get 5 out of me but this location is so nice how could I not.... Great experience. Read more

The associates that work there provide great customer service. From recommending books to walking you to the section or a... specific book you are looking for. The location offers tables at the Starbucks?s section as well as comfortable seatssurrounding the store. The only downfall is when it?s Christmas season and the mall is packed, it?s hard to find parking. Read more
