This was our first time here and it was a great experience. I think we found a new favorite place to eat!! I'm on Keto and they... graciously made my dish to order. Unfortunately had a pretty bad experience here. I have dined here before and have had there burgers, which were good when I came... before they recently reopened. This time I came around with my family and they advertised they had the ?smoker? grill going, sowe were pretty excited to grab a meal here. Here was our order: Bbq chicken legs- did not taste like bbq chicken, maybe likeasian glazed chicken. They were not good at all. Bbq beef ribs- came out cold, asked if they can make them on grill and theysaid they did Crispy chicken Sandwich- taste okay, my nephew enjoyed it Mac and cheese- taste pretty good, so we orderanother Grill mix vegetables- Im thinking okay maybe they will grill vegetables on there grill outside. Nope, tasted likefrozen vegetables that were steamed. Chicken fajitas- were edible The service was terrible as we had to wait a while to placeour order. The guy in the front was the one taking our order and serving our food. Was forced to pay 18% gratuity for the badservice. 3.5% credit card charge. The food was quite expensive for what it was. We did not eat majority of the food, fajitaswere okay, so asked for to go box and bag which we were also charged for. When we complained about the food, they said thatsjust how there food is. This was our 1st time here and it was amazing. We had a little bit of everything. The brisket and vegetables was delicious. The... mac & cheese was the best I ever had. The bbq beef ribs was so soft and the sauce was perfect, it wasn't too thick or too sweet.They had this pink drink there, which is my favorite drink now. I can't say enough about how great this place is. They wentabove and beyond for my family. The customer service was so delightful, we felt so welcomed and accommodated. OMG!! First time here and loved the food. I had atomic wings and barbecue chicken sandwich. Both were so fresh and just amazing.... If you like or can handle little spice, go for Atomic wings.
