This was the cleanest and most well run chain restaurant I've been in in a while. Me and the Baldman ate at the bar and the... tender was on point. Checking on us often after being served our steaks. Kitchen knocked it out of the park. Steaks were wellmarbled and cooked to perfection. The manager even checked on us and was so friendly and kind! If you're on 65, pull up. Read more
There was only 1 waitress and 1 kitchen staff tonight. They were the only people working and the women's restroom was flooded.... Despite all that, the food tasted great, the service rocked and I couldn't have been more pleased with the dining experience.These 2 people need a bonus for having to work under those circumstances. Yes, the bathroom smelled as bad as it looks. Billie (server) didn’t seem to thrilled be at work. Came for the salad bar and... it was lack luster at best. Read more
Great staff. Waitress was wonderful but overworked due to staff shortage. 3 of 4 meals were great. 2 burgers were cooked... perfectly, chicken was cooked well. The pasta dish was salty but otherwise flavorful. Salad bar was fresh and stocked. Read more
For my 1st visit ever to a Ruby Tuesday, I wasn't really impressed. Came in for lunch last Saturday and the place was next to... empty except for 3 other people. The server was ok. She wasn't very helpful. Pretty much dropped off a menu and took my drinkorder. Waited several minutes while she stood behind the bar. So made my decision to just get the salad bar. Salad bar, well,it's definitely got a mixture of different greens and a few other toppings. Some bits just seemed out of place like theybelonged on entrées. They had a bunch of different potato and pasta salads, but none were that good. And their one dessert onthe bar was I'm guessing suppose to be an Ambrosia but it wasn't. Server only brought 1 refill. All in all. With a server whospent most of the time on her phone behind the bar. A lack luster salad bar. I think 4 stars is a good complement. Read more
Food was good and so was the service. We had to wait one hour because they had no staff which the entire country has the same... issue so whatever! We no longer have a Ruby Tuesday in our area so it was fun to have the salad bar again! Read more
This restaurant looks like it was just forgotten about. When you pull into the parking lot, your see molded and damaged awnings,... broken lighting, and dull, peeling paint. Does give a person high hopes for quality food. I can’t comment on the food becauseI couldn’t convince myself to go inside. Read more
