Can?t give this a zero or ?no stars?. I placed my order at 5:50ish, website said it was approximately 25-35 minutes. The time... came and went. I called an hour placing my order. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. When I spoke on the phone, I was told anexcuse. No apology. I was told the reason for my hold up was due to a delivery driver shortage and she was trying to playcatch-up. She then stated my order was going into the oven. Offered a 2-liter of all things to make up for the delay. I saidsure to the 2-liter. Received my order 30 minutes later (2hours after the original order placement). Guess what, NO 2-liter. Iwill not be a patron anymore. Honesty would have been appreciated. Understand short staff, but all your people, give them anopportunity to pick up the order versus waiting 2 hours!!!! Read more

Worst pizza ever!!! For $34 Id expected much better!! Took over an hour to get and it had little to no sauce. The cheesy bread... was not cut, nor was the pizza completely cut!!! This store used to be good, and the food still is, but you might as well do home cooked pizza, last several orders have taken... over an hour for online order with carryout. The last order i sat in my car in the parking lot for just over an hour and watchedthem thru the front window. There was several other customers in the parking lot waiting as well... All carry out..... In thathour including delivery 7 pizzas left the store. Do your self a favor and just don't go here till they change some staff, dobetter training, or some other serious changes. Every time I order I express my concern that I do not eat meat, and I cannot have any meat in my Alfredo.
