Place takes forever, don't matter if you call, order online, or take out. Just ridiculous straight garbage.

To start with the staff has a really bad attitude, the manager was super rude and stupid. We asked for 3 large sides of ranch,... mango habanero and limon pepper. We usually buy this sides and they sell it to us in their large container well the manager saidshe couldn't sell it to us that she had to charge us individual containers, that it takes 6 to fill out the large cup. I said itwas fine but if they could put it on the large cup even though she was charging me for 6 individual cups, the manager said theycouldn't do that, how stupid rather waste 6 little cups than 1 small cup. I was here last month, had the worst experience. I let management know and they said they would work on it. I came back to have... my order redone last week and I noticed a great improvement with the customer service! Many places promise improvement but won?tdo anything about it. Great job to management for that. I also want to acknowledge Maria Alvarez for her hard work andenthusiasm. She was greeting every customer as well as saying good bye. Was very energetic on the phone as well as greeting. Shewas also making sure that all the orders were moving in a timely manner as well as making sure they were correct. Was alsochecking up on the clients to make sure everything was to their satisfaction. And was also checking the soda machine. She wasgreat at multitasking and again just very enthusiastic person!
