So disappointing, what type of person has the idea of good public relations to have different menue bundles from online to the... restaurant, I went in and asked for the family deal I saw online that was 8pcs with 3 LG sides and 4 biscuits, apparently theycan't help me because it is only 2 LG sides when purchasing at the location plus for it to be $28 it is simply ridiculous foronly 8pc and 2 LG sides. If that's the case at least respect the price and what we see online in the store. That for me it'sjust bad relation with the customer oh and 3 jalapeños for $1 when the prices are small not a great deal either .75 would bemore acceptable Read more

If I could go negative, I would. Came through their drive thru. Told them specifically twice I ONLY wanted legs and thighs and... the lady (RUBY) said yes both times. Then she charged us. And gave us mixed. Apparently they can't fix it because they don'tsell only legs and thighs just mixed and Ruby lied and told her manager she never told me I could have legs and thighs. Manageroffered me a refund and told me to keep chicken. Then proceeded to say she couldn't do that that I'd have to give the food backand wait on my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to take the chicken as was because we already paid for it. But we didn't askfor that. Horrible management and drive thru service. I just wanted them to substitute the 2 breasts they gave me for thighs orlegs. 2 breasts. She made this a whole thing over 2 breasts that could've been replaced in seconds. Read more
