The food, the service was great. When it came time to pay the system went down. The general manager took my information. The... next day he called. He needed pymt. My card was swiped 2 times but he insisted he needed a pymt. I let him run my card again. Soto make a long story short. Pymt was made but they charged my account double. ???? Thank God my bank reimbursed me the monies.He surprised me being the general manager and to threaten someone who was willing to do it since day 1. He never even apologizedfor his behavior. The host was not very friendly, we were sat in a booth that was under an air vent that was leaking, so I was getting drenched... while waiting for our server. An other server came by and asked if we had utensils. She came back with plastic utensils. Iordered coffee and asked server if I could have a spoon. Stated that they had no spoons but other table next had a spoon. Shegave me a straw and gestured to stir with straw. We placed our order and came to find out system was down. Took my 10 yr old for the Minion Menu and she loved the Banana Pudding pancakes. Our waitress was outstanding. Was not busy at... all. We visited around 11:30am on a Tuesday. Read more
This review is directed more so at the lack of service than it is about the food although I did receive a very WEAK and... overcooked order of onion rings. To begin with, the restaurant only had about 3 tables that were occupied, this includes mineso it's not as if it was a busy day. There were at least 5 or 6 waiters that were visible at different times during our mealbut none were really looking to assist us. Every time we needed something (salt/syrup/ranch/drink refill) there was not asingle one in sight. I had to get up and go to the kitchen at least 4 times to ask for assistance. These onion rings (5) were$3.99 and even though they were overcooked, somehow they were not even hot.... I know this is more of a "breakfast" restaurantbut onion rings are pretty basic. Anyhow, I will definitely steer clear of this place next time I'm feeling hungry. Read more
Did curbside pickup and ended up waiting for like 20 mins just for a short stack of pancakes.. really sad.. I love ihop but the... quality of service is disappointing Read more
