It was great food but the customer service was not great. It may have been lacking because of short staff and/or I went during... their rush hour. But then again, being in this business, it should not matter what is going on. It doesn't excuse being rude toa customer. Read more
I paid $23.00 for El Patos - never again. Order was wrong. They aren't labeled and then they look like this.. I called and the... kind lady said she couldn't return my money but offered a discount on my next visit. Wasn't worth the drive.... Totallydisappointed. Totally disgusted... Read more
Today I had the Monday special. Two chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice and beans for $5.99. And of course, a beef and cheese... pato. My ordering process and the time I got my meal was timely.. The manager was so helpful. I still love coming here to eat. Read more
If your ever in the area you definitely should stop by and grab some tacos. The staff was very helpful and quick. We went in... with 15 family members and only waited a short time for our food. The tables were clean, plenty of drinks... restroom was alittle dirty but not as bad as some in the area. I will definitely eat here again, and recommend to everyone I know! Read more
