Worst location ever!!! Staff is so lazy to the point that they won't bother to make mac and cheese even though it takes 'em 15... mins to make (why do i know this? Because i called another location and gentleman told me itll take 15 mins to make.) And timewas not an issue they still had three hours til closing. My wife even said she would wait for it not a problem to which theysaid "oh were done for the evening" with hours to spare until closing. Read more
Went through the drive thru at 11:30 am on 9/5/22and ordered a meal and a side of large Macaroni for my nephew. Got home, he... opened up his meal and the macaroni looked like this. I called them to let them know that their macaroni is inedible but all Igot was a rude response that it was fresh macaroni. There is no way that is fresh macaroni from today since your restaurant justopened. I had no problem paying $4.99 plus tax for the side of macaroni, I just expect a fresh , quality, and above all edibleproduct. Read more
Here for a 2 piece and 20 minutes later I'm still in the drive-thru. 1st off... they can't hear you though the speaker on the... drive thru and when they repeat your order it something else. Please fix it and make the workers move a little faster. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The chicken was disgusting! Seemed that it had been sitting under their heating... lights all day. Dry and disgusting. Same goes for mash and the biscuit, hard as a rock! This has been the 2nd time I've had samebad food at this place and it will be the last. Walked in and was attended right away but the dining area was filthy. The young man took our order and gave us our cups the... drink station was filthy and they had no tea i went to the counter and asked for tea and the young man stated that they didn'thave any i asked if they could make some he went to ask his manager but then came back and said sorry we do have some sweet teaonly. The manager was very unprofessional i ask who her manager was and she said she couldn't give me that information. I askedfor a paper and pen so i could leave my name and number so he could call me and she came back with a posted with a name ofMiguel on it. Well that isn't going to help so i wrote my name and number on the posted and asked her to have him call me. Thehad a friend not in uniform go back there and start handling the chicken there were about 7 employees and they were all juststanding around laughing while they had no tea and the dining area and bathrooms were filthy. Church's has always been great when I was living in Texas. I visited Texas from California and was craving Church's chicken but... I could not get the flavor of the chicken I am not sure if it has been owned by someone else. Either way it was good! Read more
Good old fried chicken delicious and not so expensive, did I mention their honey butter biscuts...OMG!!! The best.
