Alas a Puerto Rican food truck here in the RGV! Our first time the food was excellent. We had a Tripleta Sandwich, and... empanadillas. Just beware they open a bit late past noon so buying lunch might not be feasible as orders, at least in our case,usually take 20-40 mins to get done even if we call ahead. We\'ve been a couple of times, and we never get to try the Pinchos asthey are barely opening, and prepping. Read more

Excellent service and food for a food truck. It sits in a very convenient spot with ample parking spaces and easy access.... Attention was top notch. What I liked the most was the varied selection of Puertorrican delights. From appetizers, street food,to sandwiches and a classic meal of the day, this place completes the notoriously missing piece of the very good Puertorricancuisine in the RGV. Price is adequate.
