They should get paid more with how quickly they take care of the drive-thru orders. Yeah they might have taken 20 to 25 minutes... but that was from wait time to order and pick up time of that order and there was close to 5 or 6 vehicles ahead of me. And Ionly had one order! Read more
This location seems to have issues with understanding how to use their DoorDash application. We placed orders a good 45 minutes... before their stop taking orders only to wait 30 minutes to be told the order was canceled because their having issues with theDoorDash computer. I understand things go wrong sometimes but the way they handled the problem was beyond rude and unfair. Itwas late and we lost the opportunity to order from many others places we could have ordered from is BK didn?t wait to the lastminute to tell us our order won?t be made. I know it?s fast food, but employees at this places have become so incompetent thatthey really should not be trusted around food. Dehydrated and cold chicken nuggets. They didn't even offer condiments on the side. Thought I was chewing on cardboard.
I ordered the 8 piece nuggets n they were cold n rubbery like they had been sitting under lamp too long.
