Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon during the Holiday season. As is with most businesses they were slightly understaffed? and... communication between the prep staff in the back and the staff building salads/bowls was visibly strained. Will come back againwhen I?m in that area. Read more

Staff was not very friendly. They were out if 3 diff dressings, almonds and focaccia bread to name a few. Seating are was... messy with dirty tables. Food was good but ingredient ratios were way different than last visit with same salad. At least theywere open tonight. Last night they had a sign on the door saying ?come back in 5 minutes?. After waiting about 12 minutes, wewent elsewhere. Hopefully things improve drastically or I don?t see them lasting very long. Read more

Most of the times I?ve come here I?ve been disappointed. Botched orders, forgotten ingredients. I placed an order online and... they had a sign up saying to come back in 5 minutes, but it was up for more than 20 minutes. Employees wouldn't acknowledgeanyone waiting outside. Just a weird experience. The food is good but definitely overpriced for what you get, if they even getyour order right (or let you inside lol). Read more

Delicious! So excited to have this in the neighborhood. Less expensive and more interesting menu than Crisp & Green IMO. Been... here a few times already. Order on the app or online and have your order waiting for you. Very clean and friendly service. My only negative is skip the focaccia. Read more

I've enjoyed sweetgreen in other cities and was happy to see them locally. However, when I ordered a pickup order and noticed... after I got home that there was no dressing included for my salad, I found the customer service to be rather disappointing. Whenstating they would add a small credit to my account instead of the amount I paid for the salad, they cited "we take great pridein treating all our guests equally" to account for why. How odd. I guess they intend to not remedy their mistakes for otherguests in the future. I honestly thought I'd be going to sweetgreen quite a bit, but have certainly thought twice about doingso. Read more

My overall experience was positive however the prices are wayyyy too high for what it?s worth. I like the build your own bowl... option and I put in a ton of veggies and plan protein in mine. Their focaccia was very ordinary, cold and dried out and hard toeven bite into - super bummed because I was really looking forward to it. The positives were that the vegetables were fresh, andthe grilled tofu was great. I paid 16 usd for my bowl, pictured here with the dressing on the side. A few of my colleagues?bowls are also included. All in all, it?s healthy and fresh but I don?t know that I?d come here just because of that. I can eathealthy and fresh food like this at my own work place for much less than half this price. Or even buy some vegetables and put ittogether myself. I haven?t been to restaurants similar to this, so cannot compare price points to competition but to me this isstill very pricey. But, if you do decide to come here I think you?ll like the bowls and salads that they have to offer. I?dsuggest to not pay the 2.5 usd for the focaccia. Service was pretty quick despite the long lines, there?s some seating insidethe restaurant but there?s more outside for the warm summer days and some at the galleria mall?s common seating areas. Bumpingit up to 4 stars would ideally give it 3.5. Read more

The food is incredible and the people are better! I know we don?t live in a world of absolutes, but every single salad I?ve... tried has knocked my socks off. And every time I?ve been in the restaurant, the employees have been so kind. Now, I love fastfood. I?d normally pick a burger and fries over a salad any day. But not anymore. The food is so so so good. And I don?t feeldisgusting afterward. And, it?s cheap! And, it?s real food! One minor annoyance is that some items are available online onlywhich can cause confusion if having a friend order and pick up for you. Nonetheless, I still give Sweet Greens an A+! Read more

Excellent food! Similar to Crisp & Green but cheaper and more interesting flavors. Great location in the galleria and we got... free hats for coming on opening day. Highly recommend! Read more
