I would not recommend this Starbucks. I waited 9 minutes for an iced coffee and I was not in the drive-thru. I heard staff... telling almost every customer that it was the busiest store in the area and that they were out of "almost everything." I wasbothered by the fact that they couldn't put cream in my coffee or fill the cream containers. Instead they gave me a cup full ofcream which I didn't need all of, and the cup was wasteful. It doesn't make sense that they couldn't just pour it in themselvesif they didn't want me to touch something. To go coffee is already wasteful enough without extra cups being used. I understandCOVID precautions, but if that's the case they should ask people at the register if they want cream or sugar. Read more
My banana bread arrived quickly 10 minutes later I still had no drink The drive thru closed with large delivery drink so maybe... ...... Another ten minutes and I left ! Service here is hit or mis s at best ???????? Read more

Terrible experience yesterday, I ordered two pink drinks and a egg white. They had the drinks prepare but not the eggs, my... husband waited inside for 15 minutes just to be helped. When he talked to this employee, she just instantly cut him off and didnothing about so I decide to went in since my husband have self esteem issues. Anyways , they told me they didint even placedthe egg in the cooker for a while, also they forgot to put raspberrie syrup on one of the drink too, I am very understandingbecause we used to work food service ourself but what they did is unacceptable Read more
This place is amazing! good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends.
This has happened frequently at this location you go through the drive-through and you're stuck because you can't back up... there's no place to go so you have to sit and wait today I waited for 43 minutes in the drive-through I get up to the window noapology nothing I told the person this should be a free drink for me sitting here for 43 minutes , he started yelling at me saideverybody has to wait, I said perhaps your manager should put a sign in drive through stating it will be a 40-45 minute wait foryour order. Store sign and website say they are open. Drove out of my way to get here. Showed up lights on, cones blocking driveway. Called... store, they said they closed 3 hours ago, because they are short staff, but there where at least 4 people inside working when Igot there. 2 stars because she was nice about it, but if your not open then update hours on Google and the door so people don'tdrive here and then not be able to get anything. Nice Starbucks. Clean, contemporary atmosphere. The music was a bit loud is my only negative comment. The staff and customer... service was off the charts fantastic!! So impressed with how they remembered my name after staying for an hour catching up onwork email. The main cashier/greeter said "Goodbye and have a great day TJ!", by name. He remembered my name after 1 hour and anumber of other customers. So impressed!! I recommend this Starbucks if ever in Edina! Read more
