You shouldn't be rude to the delivery drivers that are picking up an order for a customer. The driver is representing the... customer that's buying from your store. I told you that I had two orders to pick up and it's not my fault that doordash has anapp that doesn't let you see both names at once. So I had to wait till after I clicked the button that says picked up order forthe next name to come up. You didn't have a customer walking in behind me and there wasn't a customer standing behind me. It wasuncalled for you to take my bag and rudely push it aside and basically saying to me in unverbal terms, "move out of my way!" I'dbe better off declining future pick ups from your place. I came in and ordered, waited for over 30 minutes to receive my food, other customers came up to complain and ask where their... food was. They got out one in-person order approximately every 20 minutes. Do not go at lunch time. Read more

I was impressed! The food was great. It was a newer dish. The young girl at the counter was a absolute keeper! Helpful and... friendly! We needed help with a coupon and she went above and beyond! Also she was genuine which is difficult to find incustomer service. Prices are way to high and I have to question an employer who posts signs saying don't tip our employees! I generally do not write negative reviews, but the authority and people should know and be aware. I have a wonderful experience... with Nood and Company Eden Prairie, and Knollwood I must say. But Edina one is horrible, in terms of behavior of the Manager(can't' recall his name); a tall, fat and black/brown mix guy. He is unbelievably impolite and Lier. Yesterday for the firsttime we visited the Edina brunch, we ordered two kinds of noodles and kept waiting at least 25 minutes for the food but when theorder came it was clearly the wrong noodles. The waitress took it back though she was not ready to admit that she brought thewrong food. She left and kept the food on the counter for more than 10 mins, I went to check and was asking how long it's goannatake to replace? No one was responding, the Manager was standing in front of me but trying to ignore, the waitress was takingorder of another man, so I did not check with her. At one point the Manager turned around and without being apologetic heresponded with negligence and unclearly. Later we got annoyed with their service and specially with the behavior; and my husbandreturned the other food we were given. They were supposed to change 1 noodle, the other one was kept on the table. When wereturned the food and was asking for refund definitely, we were annoyed with their behavior, so we kept the tray of the foodwith anger, nothing else. The Manager asked us to leave when we asked either good behavior or refund. He threatened us and saidhe will call 911. He called the cops and accused us that we are throwing food on him and physically assaulted him, literally hewas lying in front of our face. My husband was standing calmly and said let the cops come and I will ask them to watch the CCTVfootage then everything will be cleared. There was no diet soda available. Wasn?t informed of this when purchasing drinks. Asked at the register and got zero response.... Basically shrugged her shoulders and didn?t even offer a refund. Read more
